As the broker-founder of Concierge Realty Brokers LLC, Ingletto serves buyers, sellers and investors from around the world, applying her industry insights and finance background to serve their unique needs. “I believe in real estate as an investment,” she says, explaining that her brief career in investment banking has made her appreciate the tangibility of properties as assets. “With educated purchases, clients can make money over time.”
Concentrating on the luxury sector with a heavy emphasis on listings starting at $1.5 million, Ingletto and her team are equally equipped to represent buyers and sellers with lower budgets. In 2019, despite poor market conditions, she sold a lower penthouse at the St. Regis in Bal Harbour for $8.2 million — $3 million more than previous sales.
Originally from Brazil and educated in Switzerland, Ingletto is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, making her a perfect match for Miami’s diversity. She is known for her negotiation skills, professionalism, efficiency and honesty, as well as her ability to coordinate and collaborate with industry professionals such as agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors and appraisers.
As a single mom of three, one of whom works at Concierge Realty, Ingletto is proud to have taught her children how to be the best versions of themselves by giving 100% to whatever they’re doing. “This is an everyday personal accomplishment,” she says.
